The submission of the extended abstract appears after registration. Firstly, please proceed the "Online Registration" on the bottom of this page, and check it.

Registration fee

All participants are strongly recommended to pay the registration fees by , and at least one of the authors for each paper is requested to make the payment. A registration in any of the categories below includes attendance at all online/on-site technical sessions, access to the collection of extended abstracts, and access to the symposium proceedings.

All rates inclusive of 10% consumption tax.

• On-site registrations are NOT available for this symposium.

Registration Form

Submission of Proceedings Paper

All the authors of accepted Extended Abstracts are invited to submit a Proceedings Paper by November 12, 2023 for possible inclusion in the symposium proceeding published on-line at J-Stage (Japan Science and Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic). All the submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.

The size of the electronic file should not exceed 8MB. The manuscript should not exceed ten pages (six pages are recommended), including figures, tables, photos, references, and appendices.

The authors of an accepted Proceedings Paper will be requested to submit the Copyright Transfer form, upon the submission of their camera-ready Proceedings Paper.
