All the contributions to the symposium should be written in English and be prepared on A4 paper in Portable Document Format (PDF).
2.1. Extended Abstract
Extended Abstracts must be submitted by July 31 August 31 September 10, 2020.
Each Extended Abstract must be divided into two parts. The first part includes the title, name of authors, their affiliations, and their addresses. The second part is the main body of the Extended Abstract.
The size of the electronic file should not exceed 5MB. It should be within two pages with 25mm margins on all sides, in one column format. If your paper deviates significantly from specifications, it may not be accepted for the symposium.
2.2. Proceedings Paper
All the authors of accepted Extended Abstracts are invited to submit a Proceedings Paper by October 10 October 16, 2020 for possible inclusion in the symposium proceeding published on-line at J-Stage (Japan Science and Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic). All the submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.
The size of the electronic file should not exceed 8MB. The manuscript should not exceed ten pages (six pages are recommended), including figures, tables, photos, references, and appendices.
The authors of an accepted Proceedings Paper will be requested to submit the Copyright Transfer form, upon the submission of their camera-ready Proceedings Paper.
