Registration

According to current COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, we have SSS'20 as follows:

SSS'20 goes for a partially online symposium, where Zoom will be used for online presentation/participation. Each presenter/participant can choose either online or on-site presentation/participation under the rules of his/her place of residence about COVID-19.
There is no difference in price between online and on-site registration fees. A banquet, as well as coffee breaks, are not scheduled, and any foods and beverages are not provided for all participants.
On-site registrations are not available. All participants should make registration following the instructions below, regardless of online or on-site participation. The registration information will be provided to authorities related to COVID-19 if necessary.

Registration fee

All participants are requested to pay the registration fees by ~~October 1~~ October 8, 2020, and at least one of the authors for each paper is requested to make the payment. A registration in any of the categories below includes attendance at all online/on-site technical sessions, access to the collection of extended abstracts, and access to the symposium proceedings.

Member	18,000 JPY	An individual who belongs to sponsoring and cooperating organizations: ISCIE, SICE, IEEJ, IEICE, JSIAM, IPSJ, RISP and IEEE.
Non-member	20,000 JPY
Student	8,000 JPY	An individual who is a full-time student at a recognized institution with an evidence of full-time student status.
Retiree	8,000 JPY	An individual who is retired or does not hold a full time employment.

All rates inclusive of 10% consumption tax.

Registration form

All participants are requested to fill the Registration Form (Excel sheet / PDF) by ~~October 1~~ October 8, 2020, and send it to SSS'20 Secretariat via E-mail (preferred) or FAX. This detail can be found in the registration form.

The registration fees should be paid by ~~October 1~~ October 8, 2020 by one of the following two payment methods:
