1. Eligibility for the paper submission:If you submit a paper based on papers in the Proceedings of SSS'18 and/or a presentation at SSS'18, please follow the ISCIE Policy on Overlapping Conference/Journal Submissions. http://www.iscie.or.jp/download/overlapping_policy_eng.pdf (English) http://www.iscie.or.jp/download/overlapping_policy.pdf (Japanese) 2. Manuscript Format:The manuscript should be written in English and prepared according to the author's guidelines for the transactions of ISCIE. The standard number of pages is eight. The author's guidelines, submission rules, LaTeX and MS-Word style files can be downloaded from the ISCIE web site. 3. Submission:The original manuscript should be submitted according to the instructions of the ISCIE online submission system. Please note that at least one of the authors must be an ISCIE member or a student member. All submissions will be peer reviewed. The author of the accepted paper will have to pay the page charge according to the author's guidelines. 4. Deadline:May 31, 2019. => The deadline has been extended to June 30, 2019. 5.Process for publication:All submissions will be peer reviewed. Those accepted will be published in Vol.33, No.1. But it may not be published in Vol.33, No.1 or No.2 even if accepted. After the acceptance, the authors will be requested to submit their electronic source files (LaTeX, Word etc.), figures and photos of the authors. 6.Guest Editors:
