2. Extended Abstract Format (Closed)

Extended abstracts should not exceed two A4 pages with 25mm margins on all sides, in one column format, and with 10-point fonts or larger. Please include the title, author names, affiliations, and addresses on the top of the first page of the extended abstract. The submission should be prepared in PDF format, and must be received by August 7th, 2017.

The Proceedings will be published after the Symposium. Authors of accepted papers are requested to submit the manuscripts for the Proceedings following the guidelines above and Instructions for Authors. In order to assure high-quality Proceedings, all manuscripts will be reviewed and only accepted ones will appear in the Proceedings.

Common Problems with PDF Files:

• Non-English fonts (i.e. Asian fonts) without correct embedment will be substituted automatically by a different font, which might cause inaccuracy in the manuscript content. All fonts must be accurately included in the PDF file as an "Embedded Subset".
• Secured files can cause problems in composing the proceedings. Please do not secure your files.
