Registration

All participants are requested to pay the registration fees in advance in principle, and at least one of the authors for each paper is requested to make the payment in advance. The deadline for the advanced registration is October 16th, 2017.

Those who cannot finish the advanced registration due to unavoidable reasons are required to pay at the symposium registration desk (on-site registration). A registration in any of the categories below includes attendance at all technical sessions, a USB memory containing the collection of extended abstracts, one banquet ticket and an access right to the electronic proceedings.

Registration categories and fees are as follows:

Member	26,000 JPY	28,000 JPY	An individual who belongs to sponsoring and cooperating organizations: ISCIE, SICE, IEE, IEICE, JSIAM, IPSJ, RISP and IEEE.
Non-member	28,000 JPY	30,000 JPY
Student	8,000 JPY	10,000 JPY	An individual who is a full-time student at a recognized institution with an evidence of full-time student status.
Retiree	8,000 JPY	10,000 JPY	An individual who is retired or does not hold a full time employment.

*Early-bird registrations are available until October 16th, 2017
The banquet is complimentary for the registered attendees.

Advanced Registration

All participants are requested in principle to fill the Advanced Registration Form (Excel sheet / PDF) by October 16th, 2017, and send it to SSS'16 Secretariat via E-mail: sss17[at]sci-sss.org (Replace [at] with @).

Also the registration fees should be paid by October 16th, 2017 by one of the payment methods below.
