Registration

The 47th ISCIE International Symposium on Stochastic Systems Theory and Its Applications

All participants are requested to pay the registration fees in advance in principle, and at least one of the authors for each paper is requested to pay in advance. The deadline for the advanced registration is October 15, 2015. Those who cannot finish the advanced registration due to unavoidable reasons are required to pay as a late registration or at a symposium registration desk (on-site registration). Registration in all the categories below includes attendance at all technical sessions, a USB memory containing the collection of extended abstracts and one banquet ticket. Member and Non-member registration includes in addition an access right to the electronic proceedings. Registration categories and fees are as follows:

*1 ``Member'' means individuals who belong to sponsoring and cooperating organizations: ISCIE, SICE, IEE, IEICE, JSIAM, IPSJ, RISP and IEEE.
*2 ``Student'' means individuals who are full-time student at a recognized institution with an evidence of full-time student status.
*3 ``Retiree'' means individuals who are retired or do not hold a full time employment.
*4 Extra banquet ticket can be purchased only via advanced registration.

Note : As of August 22, 2015, the deadline for advanced registration was changed from November 15, 2015 to October 15, 2015. In case this change causes an inconvenience for comleting advanced registration, please consult the SSS'15 Secretariat (sss15@sci-sss.org).

US Visa: Those who need an invitation letter for US visa application are requested to register as quickly as possible after the notification of acceptance. The letter will be prepared only after the registration has been completed. See Call for Papers page.

Advanced/Late Registration

All registrants are requested in principle to fill the Advanced Registration Form by October 15, and send it via E-mail or Fax. Also the registration fees should be paid by the same date (October 15) by one of the payment methods below.
In the case of Late Registration, the procedure is the same except that the Late Registration Form should be used and the deadline date is December 4 instead of Advanced Registration Form and October 15 respectively.

Banquet Ticket

We need an exact number of attendants to the banquet in order to notify the restaurant by November 14.
Thus those who wish to get banquet ticket by late registration and registration on site are requested to notify the SSS'15 Secretariat (sss15@sci-sss.org) by November 12.
