2. Extended Abstract

Extended abstracts should not exceed two A4 pages with 25mm margins on all sides, in one column format, and with 10-point fonts or larger. Please include the title, author names, affiliations, and addresses on the top of the first page of the extended abstract. The extended abstract should be prepared in PDF format, and must be received by August 15, 2015.

3. Proceedings Format

The Proceedings will be published after the Symposium.
The authors of accepted papers are requested to submit the manuscripts for the Proceedings following the guidelines in below and the Instructions for Authors.
In order to assure a high-quality Proceedings, all manuscripts will be reviewed and only accepted ones will appear in the Proceedings.

Guidelines for preparing and submitting the Proceedings manuscripts:

Language	English
Paper size	A4
Paper format	single spacing with two-column format
Acceptable pages	maximum 10 pages (6 pages are recommended)
File format	PDF (Please be sure to embed fonts)
File size	maximum 5MB
Submission deadline	November 15, 2015

Common Problems With PDF Files:

• Non-English fonts (Asian fonts), if not embedded correctly will be substituted automatically by a different font and possibly cause inaccuracy in the content of the document.
• All fonts must be accurately included in the PDF file as an "Embedded Subset"
• Secure files can cause problems with composing the proceeding. Please do not secure your files.
