COVID-19 Information

The health and safety of attendees is a priority. SSS'21 is planed as a HYBRID symposium.

All attendees (presenters as well as audiences) can choose to attend the symposium onsite or online.

However, the organizing and program/steering committees may decide to hold the symposium entirely online, depending on the circumstances. The decision will be made mainly according to the BCP(Business Continuity Plan) Activity Restriction Level of Ritsumeikan University. When the level is less than 3, the symposium will be held as HYBRID, and when 3 or more, will be as entirely ONLINE.
