1. Get Submission ID (Closed)

If you do not have your Submission ID which is unique for each paper, please proceed to Get Submission ID page and enroll your paper information.
You will receive your Submission ID via e-mail.

2. Proceedings Format

The CD-ROM Proceedings will be published after the Symposium.
The authors of accepted papers are requested to submit the manuscripts for the Proceedings following the guidelines in below and the Instructions for Authors.
In order to assure a high-quality Proceedings, all manuscripts will be reviewed and only accepted ones will appear in the Proceedings.

Guidelines for preparing and submitting the Proceedings manuscripts:

Language	English
Paper size	A4
Paper format	single spacing with two-column format
Acceptable pages	maximum 10 pages (6 pages are recommended)
File format	PDF (Please be sure to embed fonts)
File size	maximum 5MB
Submission deadline	October 25, 2013

For Word users; sss13.doc

Common Problems With PDF Files:

• Non-English fonts (Asian fonts), if not embedded correctly will be substituted automatically by a different font and possibly cause inaccuracy in the content of the document.
• All fonts must be accurately included in the PDF file as an "Embedded Subset"
• Secure files can cause problems with composing the proceeding CD-ROM. Please do not secure your files.

3. Paper status and Submission/Revision
